Summer Getaway in Tanjung Putus

As I said on the previous post, I spent my Eid al-Fitr holiday last July in Tanjung Putus Island, Lampung with my family. We went there almost every year since I was a kid and truth be told, the island never made me feel bored after all this time. Call me an island girl, because I'm a sucker for beautiful quiet beach and this one in Tanjung Putus is definitely on top of my list.

Moreover, Tanjung Putus also has a very wonderful underwater life to be explored. I can go snorkeling anytime, no limit, as often as I want. Also I can canoeing around the villa too to enjoy the scenery where mountains and sea collide. For you who would like to have a calming and lazy holiday, I personally recommend Tanjung Putus Island for you. Here you can enjoy your free high quality time away from the city crowd with your loved ones.

Oh, no need to worry about the food during your stay in Tanjung Putus Island. Even it's located far from the city, the villa where I stayed will give their guest the privilege to taste the seafood fresh from the ocean. You can even go mussel hunting or squid fishing in front of the villa in the afternoon until late evening. The mussel and squid will then be cooked by the chef in charge. Don't think the chef in this villa will be looked like the chef in a five star hotel, because it's definitely not the same. The chef is also the contact person if you have any further inquiries regarding your stay in Tanjung Putus Island.

Spent my summer holiday last month on Tanjung Putus Island, Lampung. It's an island of my childhood and I will never ever get bored of having a short escape there. The beach is not oh-so-fantastic actually, but the coral reef is. If you ever want to have a calm summer holiday, try Tanjung Putus because it's located from the hustle of the city. Besides you can go snorkeling or canoeing err-day and err-time (if you want to). I personally never want to miss the snorkeling part. Will tell you more about my trip on the next post and it's coming real soon (I promise)!

Flower in the Dark

The title of this post kinda inspired by my skirt that makes me think, "it's amazing that flowers can look extremely beautiful even in the dark." Somehow I also think that we should be like flowers who look beautiful even we are going through hard times in our lives. Be beautiful in your own way. No need to compete with others. Because just like flowers, they are all beautiful no matter what type of flower you see. And people always have preferences over their favorite flowers. So, keep blooming beautifully and let them in awe.

Oh, it's a throwback post anyway. It was what I wore to Indonesia Fashion Week 2014. I think it will be wasted if I don't post the picture on my blog ;)

Just a random shoot that was taken long time ago. I've been quite busy with college stuffs lately. And I feel a little bit stressful finding and applying intern to my dream company. The fact is... I still don't know which company I'd love to work with in the future. I don't know if my dream company will accept me or not. *sigh*

Welcoming Year of the H-o-o-orse!

Went out with my family last Sunday to celebrate Chinese New Year day 3 and I wore a Mandarin Collar Top which look alike cheongsam. Chose the maroon color which still belongs to the group of red color, the color that is believed in Chinese tradition can bring blessings, good luck, and prosperity also to cast out demons and evil spirits.

Paired it with brown midi flare skirt made by mom (again) and fall in love with it since the first sight. She's so talented and I swear I want to wear every piece of clothing that she made! Mom really knows what I love and she can make my dream outfit comes true ;) Thank you so much, Mommy! ♥
